(IPL) was founded by Kristy Braden and Brad Smith in January 2019.  We started IPL because throughout our prior consulting and HR leadership roles, one reality kept influencing our work: Most organizations and their leaders aren’t fully equipped to navigate past the barrage of opportunities and obstacles that now arrive at warp speed. IPL’s mission is to establish sustainable conditions for organizations and their people to thrive today and shape tomorrow.
